The new Insulin manufacturing facility in Ras Al Khaimah is one of the most modern biotechnological plants designed for producing recombinant human insulin crystals. The plant is being built in accordance with the latest EMEA* regulations utilizing the best available technologies in the market to comply with the latest international quality standards.

Julphar’s first footsteps into insulin production began 8 years ago when insulin crystals were imported from European sources for the local production of Jusline ® (Julphar’s recombinant Human Insulin). Nowadays Jusline has been approved by many MOH regulatory authorities and is registered in more than 14 countries worldwide.
